Behavior Support Program

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll evaluate and develop appropriate interventions for children using applied behavior analysis. You’ll be responsible to analyze and interpret data to adjust children’s programs as needed. You’ll perform functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior support plans, and stay up-to-date on insurance and billing requirements. You’ll also be responsible to interview, hire, supervise and train Behavior Technicians, implement treatment plans and provide one-on-one instruction with clients. By coordinating services with outside caseworkers, you’ll provide parent and caregiver training and complete written reports and documentation in a timely manner, and in accordance with center and insurance policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:
  • Must have three years of experience working with children with ASD.
  • Must have excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Must conduct, attend and participate in staff meetings and training workshops.
  • Must have compassion and respect for the client and family.
  • Must abide by all center policies and procedures.
  • Must enjoy working with children and their families.
  • Must enjoy working as a team with local school special education teams.
Additional Requirements:
  • BCBA Certification.
  • ND Applied Behavior Analyst license or license eligible within 3 months of employment.
